A four-week specialty clinic focusing on the foundational movements associated with hitting. Players will focus on learning the 3 foundational movements in the baseball swing:
- Lower Body Load
- Stride / Separation
- Bat Path & Proper Slotting Pattern
Players will train through a variety of drills and discussions as well as using Blast Motion Sensor training devices. All sessions and activities will be held at the HammerZone Sports facility.
Players should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Registration will be capped at 6 participants per session.
Players must attend Foundational Hitting Camp #1 before registering for Foundational Hitting Camp #2
Campers Should Bring:
- Water bottle
- Helmet
- Bat
- Batting gloves
- Turf shoes or tennis shoes
- No cleats, seeds, or gum
