A four-week specialty camp that focuses on the foundational movements associated with proper hitting mechanics. Players will focus on advancing skills they developed while participating in Foundational Movements 1 using Blast Motion Sensors as well as Hit Trax Batting Simulator technology for individual data collection.
Players will use ADVANCED drills and concepts to further skills associated with the following:
- Lower Body Load
- Stride / Separation
- Bat Path & Proper Slotting Patterns
Players must attend Foundational Movements 1 before registering for Foundational Movements 2.
Players will train through a variety of drills and discussions as well as using Blast Motion Sensor training devices.
Players should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of camp.
Registration will be capped at 6 participants per session.
Players must attend Foundational Hitting Camp #1 before registering for Foundational Hitting Camp #2
Campers Should Bring:
- Water bottle
- Helmet
- Bat
- Batting gloves
- Turf shoes or tennis shoes
- No cleats, seeds, or gum

All sessions and activities will be held at the HammerZone Sports facility.
