Connor brings a wealth of playing experience and a passion for helping athletes develop their game. Most recently, Connor spent a year at the University of Delaware, where he earned opportunities to start and competed as a .300 conference hitter despite battling through an injury. Following the season, Connor made the decision to medically retire from playing.
Before Delaware, Connor was a four-year varsity starter at Robinson High School. During his senior season, he earned 1st Team All-District, 1st Team All-Region, and 2nd Team All-State honors. He was also named 2nd Team All-District as a junior and received Honorable Mention recognition as a freshman.
Connor also competed at the travel level with US Elite National and Mid Atlantic West, where he earned the DiNoto Leadership Award for his leadership both on and off the field.
His baseball journey began with Fairfax National Little League, where his teams were 2x District Champions, 3x District Finalists, and 2x State Runner-Ups.
With experience at every level from Little League to college baseball, Connor brings a unique perspective to instruction. His goal is to use his experiences as a player to help athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and become better players both on and off the field.
