HammerZone Sports (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates hammerzonesports.com. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit our website, how it is used, and what choices you have.
We have tried to keep this in plain language. If anything here is unclear, call us at 571-307-5888 and we will explain it.
Our website is mostly a brochure. You cannot create an account on it, and we do not have a contact form. We do not sell anything directly on this site and we never see or store your payment information.
Two things do collect information: Google Analytics, which tells us how people find and use the site, and Mindbody, our scheduling and payment provider, which handles all bookings and purchases.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, how people arrive, and whether the site works properly on their device.

We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to combine it with any other data to do so.
Like nearly all websites, our web server automatically records requests it receives. These logs include IP addresses, timestamps, and which files were requested. They are used for security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse.
All lesson bookings, camp and academy registrations, memberships, cage rentals, and payments are handled by Mindbody, a third-party scheduling and payment platform.
On our lesson pages, Mindbody’s booking calendar appears embedded in the page. Elsewhere, “Buy Now” and booking buttons send you to Mindbody’s own website.
When you book or purchase through Mindbody — whether in the embedded calendar or on their site — you are providing your information directly to Mindbody, not to us. That may include your name, email address, phone number, your athlete’s information, and payment details. Mindbody may also set its own cookies.
We never receive or store your payment card details. We do see customer and booking information through our Mindbody account in order to run our programs, schedule instructors, and contact you about sessions you have booked.

We train young athletes, so we want to be direct about this.
Our website is written for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website, and there is nothing on the site a child can submit information through.
Registrations and bookings are made through Mindbody by a parent or guardian, who provides their athlete’s information as part of enrollment. That information is used only to run our programs and communicate about sessions.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact us at 571-307-5888 and we will delete it.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. Customer and booking records are retained in Mindbody for as long as needed to run our programs and meet business and legal obligations.
We may update this policy as our website or services change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
