Hours of OperationHammerZone Sports is a first-class baseball, softball and fitness training facility located in the City of Fairfax. With 13,000 SF of training space, HammerZone Sports is dedicated to equipping athletes with the tools necessary to take their game to the next level.
HammerZone Sports takes a holistic approach to training athletes with a focus on Educating, Motivating, and Equipping athletes with a foundation for success on and off the field of play. HammerZone Sports coaches provide sport specific training while our HammerZone Fitness team is certified in developing the speed, strength and conditioning needed to excel in competition.
HammerZone Sports’ facility consists of eight (8) cages, seven (7) available for rental, one (1) auto-feeder baseball/softball pitching machine, HitTrax and Rapsodo technology to provide essential baseball and softball metrics, Trackman to provide data and actionable insights for baseball pitchers, a multi-purpose turf area, and a collegiate-style weight and training room staffed with certified strength and conditioning coaches.
