Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged for the appointment. If you would like to cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no penalty but appointments are subject to availability.
Camp Cancellation Policy
If camp participant is unable to attend an entire camp due to illness or injury, HammerZone will issue a credit for the value of the camp toward a future purchase at HammerZone.
Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the reoccurring payment to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Services selected that have an auto renew option will automatically renew upon completion of the initial term and each subsequent term until cancelled by Client.
