Tyson Willis

Performance / Baseball Instructor

Tyson Willis is a baseball instructor and former collegiate pitcher with a strong background in player development. Tyson graduated from George Mason University, where he competed as a pitcher. He also holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Charleston. His education has given him a strong understanding of strength and conditioning, athletic movement, and the physical demands of baseball.

Following his collegiate career, Tyson is currently pursuing professional baseball while continuing to work with young athletes. His experience as a collegiate pitcher has given him firsthand knowledge of the preparation, discipline, and work ethic required to compete at a high level.

For approximately three years, Tyson has provided individual baseball instruction to athletes of various ages and skill levels, working with players on pitching, hitting, and fielding. His instruction focuses on developing strong fundamentals, improving mechanics, building confidence, and helping athletes translate their skills into game performance.

Tyson’s combination of collegiate playing experience, success on the field, Exercise Science education, and years of experience working with young athletes allows him to take a well-rounded approach to player development. He strives to help each athlete become a better overall player, develop confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
