It’s a four-week specialty clinic focused on the foundational movements of the swing. Players learn proper stance structure and placement in the box, along with correct posture and sequence, so they have a solid foundation for improving their load, stride, and swing mechanics.
The clinic is $250 per player for a four-week block that meets once a week. Choose the November or December block in the Sign Up section above.
Sessions run on Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. The November block meets Nov 2, 9, 16, and 23. The December block meets Nov 30 and Dec 7, 14, and 21.
The Foundational Movements Clinic is for players ages 8–10.
Every session is built around the base of a good swing: stance structure, placement in the box, posture, and sequence. Getting those right early makes it easier to develop a consistent load, stride, and swing as players advance.
The Baseball Hitting Academy covers a wide range of hitting drills, competitions, and concepts each month. The Foundational Movements Clinic zeroes in on one thing: the setup and movement patterns the rest of the swing is built on.
Bring a bat, glove, and helmet, plus turf shoes or tennis shoes (no cleats indoors) and a water bottle. All sessions are held indoors at 9709 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030. Questions? Call 571-307-5888.
