Week 2, July 8th – July 11th, will be held at the Thaiss Park, located in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a four-day camp, reserving Friday as a rainout makeup day. Weeks 1, 3, and 4, are five day camps and will be at the HammerZone Sports facility.
Campers Should Bring:
- Players should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of camp
- Players should wear turfs or tennis shoes, no cleats
- For Week 2, players can wear cleats, turf shoes, or tennis shoes.
- Players should bring glove, bat, helmet, batting gloves,
and water bottle - Players should bring a bag lunch
- No seeds or gum in the facility

Fitness for Fun!
Fitness For Fun is a competitive, engaging, fast-paced class that takes a fun approach to developing fitness for youth-based athletes of all sports. Athletes will compete in games that have them sprint, jump, change direction and react all in a fun fast-paced environment. The athletes will participate in the following activities:
- Partner Chasers, Different Relay Races
- Banded Chase, Box Hurdle Sprints, Fun Acceleration Drills
- Survivor Broad Jumps, Banded Jumps (fan favorite), Pogo Set Jumps
- Tic Tac Toe, Simon Says, Red Light Green Light
Location
