Brendan King played college baseball at Alderson Broaddus University and graduated with a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Strength Training and Conditioning. During his time at Alderson, Brendan was played catcher, first base and outfield. Brendan also played three seasons in collegiate summer leagues. Prior to his time at Alderson, Brendan played at Bluestone High School where he was Defensive Player of the Year, MVP, All-District, All-Region and won the Marine Corps Male Distinguished Athlete of the Year award. Brendan diverse playing and training background and skills makes him a valuable member of the HammerZone team where he will be working with hitters, catchers and infielders/outfielders as well as assisting with Fitness Training.
Ben is a Performance Physical Therapist. He combines rehabilitation and strength & conditioning principles to treat athletes of various competitive levels. He specializes in the treatment of overhead athletes and is passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and performance training for baseball players.
