Single A Training is designed for athletes starting their fitness journey. At this age, athletes are experiencing many physiological changes. Our Single A Program is geared towards developing the necessary foundation of athlete movement & coordination. This is the beginnings steps for athlete performance. That will lead to long-term success in the future.
Double A Training is for athletes that plan on continuing their career into high school training. This program is designed to build on the strong foundation of strength, speed, flexibility and conditioning that will give them the necessary foundation for high school training as well at the resilience to fight off injury.
Triple A Classes are designed for high school level athletes. The Triple A program is designed to enhance strength, power, flexibility, and speed to help your high school athlete compete at the highest level.
Majors is for the more well trained athlete that needs some more specific level training to continue to progress and grow. This class is geared towards College, Professional as well as the advanced High School Level athlete.
Small group training is a great experience for athletes that are looking for high-level, motivating, and cost-effective coaching! This Class is all year round to help athletes that are searching for short-term goals and for those looking to achieve their long-term goals. With Just 6-10 athletes, small-group training allows coaches to focus on speed, strength, flexibility, power, and much more.
All fitness programs in small group training are based on HammerZone's Initial Performance assessment, which will inform the coaches of each athlete's individual needs and guide their training program.

Also, athletes that want more individualization but also would like to train with a friend or teammate. HammerZone Fitness provides partner training. Partner training is fun, and competitive and also allows both athletes to have more individualization of training then they would have in a semi-private training class.

This program utilizes college-level strength and conditioning to maximize athletic performance and is coached by former Division 1 (D1) strength and conditioning coaches and is geared for the high school level athlete.
Program runs Monday - Friday.

Coach Rhodes is a high-energy guy who pushes you to become better. Eric truly cares about his athletes and is constantly watching to make sure you are doing each and every lift with perfect technique. Eric is extremely approachable and listens to his athletes when they would like to try different lifts and he does an amazing job of specializing workouts for each and everyone of his athletes.
Working with Eric at the University of Maryland was a great experience that helped me take my athleticism to the next level. He has a wealth of knowledge that can accommodate any number of personalized needs, whether that be preventing injuries, increasing strength or stamina, or just becoming healthier. Coach Rhodes was my first professional strength and conditioning coach that helped me achieve my best fitness level of my playing career.
