HammerZone Sports’ Coaches are experienced professionals who are dedicated to Educating, Motivating and Equipping athletes with a foundation for success both on and off the field of play. HammerZone Sports welcomes teams and organizations looking for an all-inclusive facility to train year-round. Team packages allow coaches the opportunity to work with players throughout the year and never miss a practice.
HammerZone Sports offers private lessons in hitting, pitching, fielding and catching. Our coaches will work with each athlete individually to tailor a program to sharpen the athlete’s strengths while also working to develop areas of their game that require additional work. Private lessons will give the athlete the one-on-one training needed to refine the skills needed to advance their game.

The Middle School Membership Program is focused on hitting and pitching development while providing college-level strength and conditioning training that provides structure and accountability. Players will be trained under the direction of HammerZone Staff Professionals at all times.

College Summer Training Program
The College Summer Training Program is designed for college players to have open training for baseball and fitness to work on their skills and better their overall performance.
Sessions will not be instructed by HammerZone staff.
Baseball and Softball Membership Hitting
$120 / monthly
This program allows Members the opportunity to hit and develop their individual skills. Choose from multiple configurations and technologies including automated pitching and Hack Attack machines, soft-toss training, or tee-work training. Summer hours are Monday - Friday, 7 pm - 9:00 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays - based on availability.One Member per hour in the cage.

Individual Membership hitting, seasonal camps and specialty clinics are also provided.
The HammerZone Hitting Development Program is based on the theory that no two hitters are exactly alike. With this knowledge, we focus on training to the individual hitter through a series of body movement assessments and then create an individualized hitting performance program for each player. Our professional instructors will use a variety of training methods and modern technology in an individual or small group setting for hitters of all levels. Hitters will be trained in hitting mechanics, hitting philosophy as well as body strengthening and body efficiency to improve overall hitting performance.
The HammerZone Pitching Development Program utilizes experienced professional instructors and state of the art technology to develop the mechanics of pitching, mental and philosophical strategies and strength and conditioning techniques that improve overall performance and greatly reduce the risk of injury. Players will be taught to safely develop arm strength and velocity through proper training techniques. HammerZone offers individual and group pitching instruction for all ages.
The HammerZone Catching Development Program is designed to meet the needs of all levels of catchers. The catching program teaches basic catching principles all the way through advance catching performance. The catching program is a progressive program taught by some of the areas top catching instructors. Catchers will develop skills in receiving, blocking, throwing and game management. Catchers will be exposed to modern catching techniques and training devices. Catching instruction is available on an individual or small group basis.
The HammerZone Fielding Development Program uses a repetitive training model that promotes proper fielding mechanics through repetitive movements designed to build muscle memory and refined fielding skills. Players will train in a high energy environment with Professional Instructors. Players will develop glove skills, body movement skills, throwing skills and advance fielding knowledge through this program. Players will learn a variety of different positions as desired. Training packages are available in individual and group sessions.
HammerZone Sports offers a variety of camps and clinics for both baseball and softball. HZ offers camps for all levels of athletes and covers all types of baseball and softball skills-development. Camps are run seasonally throughout the year. Camps are held in both the HammerZone Sports facility and at local baseball and softball venues. Players will develop skills that will enhance their game while learning in an exciting and fun environment. HammerZone Clinics are designed to develop coaches and athletes in a team or group setting. HammerZone Sports Camps and Clinics are run by HZ Staff Professionals and assisted by local College, High School and Travel Baseball Coaches.
Team Training
The Professional Coaching Staff at the HammerZone provides team training packages for Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Catching and Strength and Fitness development as well as overall team practice training. Our staff will develop comprehensive team training programs and practice plans to develop overall skills as well as overall team development.

Each 1 hour and 15 min session includes 2 cages, rotated each time between (2) 70’ cages or (1) 70’ and (1) 45’

Drop-in Team Training
Teams that are looking for a 1x drop-in fee for team baseball/Softball Training need to email info@hammerzonesports.com or call 571-307-5888 to schedule. Scheduling is subject to cage availability and time. The fee is $20 per player, and you must have at least 5 participants. The maximum number of athletes per cage is 8. If you have more than 8 athletes, you will need to reserve two cages which is also dependent upon cage availability and time. Sessions for drop in baseball team training are 1 hour long and you have access to One Pro Mound, One Hack Attack Per Cage , 2 Tees Per Cage, and baseballs/softballs. Auto Cages are not allowed for team baseball/softball training.
