In the 7 months since Eric started working with these athletes, I have noticed a huge change in the speed at which we are able to play with and maintain for long stretches. What has impressed me the most about Eric is his ability develop functional strength and coordination. This has empowered our athletes to develop skills on the field that would not have been possible otherwise. Eric does a great job of creating competition during sessions while keeping things fun to ensure that he is always getting the best out of the athletes he trains.

We have partnered with HammerZone Sports for the past 2 years. Their flexible schedule has allowed us to get into an indoor space at a moment’s notice. Their staff has provided us with a space that can be transformed to work on our team’s defense, pitching and offense to prepare for the season, or replace a day out on the field that we used to lose. But now thanks to HammerZone we can continue to develop as a team and prepare for the next game like we haven’t lost a day outside. The tools that the facility offers allows us to run a full two team practice no matter the amount of coaches that can attend that particular day. If you are team or player in the local community looking for a spacious, state of the art facility with a knowledgeable staff to grow your game I would look no further than HammerZone.

The HammerZone provides our Fairfax Stars teams the ability to train year round working on both the baseball side along with fitness.  This has simply been a game changer for our youth athletes and for the success of our teams and program.  The Stars motto is “Train, Develop, and Compete.”  We now have the ability to attract top level talent from Northern Virginia to the Stars in large part due to highly talented, passionate and committed staff at the HammerZone!  As a result, we are fundamentally changing the culture of our travel baseball community in Fairfax.  I highly recommend the HammerZone if you want to take your game to the next level!
