Ari Drenning is a Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Coach Ari played for northern Virginia travel programs and then ran and played for the highly competitive Virginia Tech Club Softball team as an infielder and catcher. Coach Ari led the team to regionals and nationals, and excelled at catching, infield, and hitting.
While in school, Coach Ari worked with the athletic training team, providing her invaluable experience working with Division I athletes through injuries and training. These experiences only enhanced her passion for working with athletes. Coach Ari’s playing and athletic training experience inspired her to become a softball instructor. She is excited to help players build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and continue growing their skills while having fun on the field.
