Stay active and get faster with our high-energy training sessions. With engaging activities like relay races, acceleration drills, and reaction-based challenges, this camp makes training both effective and fun.
Campers Should Bring:
- Players should arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of camp
- Bat, glove, and helmet
- Turfs or tennis shoes (no cleats)
- Bag lunch, snacks, and water bottle
- No seeds or gum in the facility

All sessions and activities will be held at the HammerZone Sports facility.
