Alejandro Delgadillo

Alejandro Delgadillo is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Alejandro is dedicating his free time to studying for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam. His ultimate goal is to become a respected strength and conditioning coach, whether at the college level, high school level, or in the private sector.

Alejandro is passionate about helping people get stronger, training athletes to maximize performance, and addressing injuries through rehab and modified exercises. When he’s not focused on fitness and performance, you can find him enjoying soccer and basketball, both as a player and a fan.
