The impact Eric has had on the members of our team that attend his training sessions at HammerZone is truly immeasurable. In the 7 months since Eric started working with these athletes, I have noticed a huge change in the speed at which we are able to play with and maintain for long stretches. What has impressed me the most about Eric is his ability develop functional strength and coordination. This has empowered our athletes to develop skills on the field that would not have been possible otherwise. Eric does a great job of creating competition during sessions while keeping things fun to ensure that he is always getting the best out of the athletes he trains.

We have partnered with HammerZone Sports for the past 2 years. Their flexible schedule has allowed us to get into an indoor space at a moment’s notice. Their staff has provided us with a space that can be transformed to work on our team’s defense, pitching and offense to prepare for the season, or replace a day out on the field that we used to lose. But now thanks to HammerZone we can continue to develop as a team and prepare for the next game like we haven’t lost a day outside. The tools that the facility offers allows us to run a full two team practice no matter the amount of coaches that can attend that particular day. Coach Rhodes is a high-energy guy who pushes you to become better.
