HammerZone Sports’ Coaches are experienced professionals who are dedicated to Educating, Motivating and Equipping athletes with a foundation for success both on and off the field of play. HammerZone Sports welcomes teams and organizations looking for an all-inclusive facility to train year-round. Team packages allow coaches the opportunity to work with players throughout the year and never miss a practice.
HammerZone Sports offers private lessons in hitting, pitching, fielding and catching. Our coaches will work with each athlete individually to tailor a program to sharpen the athlete’s strengths while also working to develop areas of their game that require additional work. Private lessons will give the athlete the one-on-one training needed to refine the skills needed to advance their game.
HammerZone offers a full range of baseball training in Fairfax, VA — small group training grouped by age, one-on-one private lessons, specialized academies, seasonal camps, and indoor batting cage rentals. Whether your player is just starting out or training year-round for a competitive team, there’s a program to match their level and goals.
Our small group training is organized by grade so players train alongside peers at a similar stage: Single A (3rd–5th grade), Double A (6th–8th grade), Triple A (9th–12th grade), and Majors for advanced players. Private lessons and academies are open to all ages, from first-time players to high schoolers preparing for the next level.
