This membership provides two training sessions per week (Tuesday & Thursday), combining sport-specific softball instruction with elite performance training to create a complete athlete development experience.
Each week includes one hour of softball training focused on hitting development and swing mechanics, advanced hitting techniques such as slapping, drag bunting, and switch hitting (age and skill appropriate), and situational reps paired with competitive drills.
It also includes one hour of performance training built around speed, agility, and explosiveness; strength development and injury prevention; mobility and movement efficiency; conditioning tailored for softball athletes; and arm care that supports long-term athletic durability.

Summer Dates: July 7, 2026 – August 21, 2026
2x/week
It’s a training membership for middle school fastpitch softball players — the years where good habits stick and bad ones get expensive to fix later. Players train under the direction of our director of softball, alongside current and former college hitting instructors and our Performance Training staff. The program pairs hitting development with athletic performance work, building the swing and the strength behind it at the same time.
There are three: Hitting & Performance Training (the full program — hitting work plus a dedicated performance session), Hitting Only, and Performance Training Only. Every option meets 2x per week. Most families choose the combined option, since mechanics and athleticism develop best together, but the à la carte options are there if your athlete is already covered on one side.
Hitting & Performance Training is $285/month (2x per week). Hitting Only and Performance Training Only are each $215/month (2x per week). All three are billed as a single monthly payment with no long-term contract — you can sign up directly from the pricing cards on this page.
Summer sessions run July 7 through August 21, 2026, on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening. Hitting & Performance Training runs 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Hitting Only runs 5:30 – 6:30 pm, and Performance Training Only runs 6:30 – 7:30 pm — so the two à la carte options are simply the two halves of the full session. The evening block is built to work around summer ball and family schedules.
Players train under the direction of our director of softball, with hitting instruction from current and former college softball players and performance work led by our Performance Training staff. That means real fastpitch-specific coaching at the age when mechanics are still forming — not generic instruction repackaged from the baseball side.
The program is built for middle school fastpitch softball players — from athletes just getting serious about the game to travel-ball players training year-round. Coaches scale the work to each athlete, so players at different levels can train in the same block and each be challenged appropriately. High school players should look at our High School Softball Membership Program instead.
