Frequently Asked Questions

Small Group Training builds strength, speed, agility, and toughness in athletes from 3rd grade through high school. Athletes train in small groups organized by age-based tiers, so coaching is targeted to their stage of development while the group setting keeps energy and competition high. The foundation carries across every sport your child plays.

There are four: Single A (3rd–5th grade), Double A (6th–8th grade), Triple A (9th–12th grade), and Majors. Each tier is built around where athletes are developmentally — Single A focuses on foundational strength, coordination, and an injury-free base, while the older tiers add intensity and sport-specific power. Grouping by age keeps every athlete challenged alongside peers at a similar stage.

Training is billed monthly by how many days per week your athlete attends: 1X/Week is $149/month (4 sessions), 2X/Week is $249/month (8 sessions), and 3X/Week is $349/month. Each session runs one hour. Drop-in sessions are also available if you’d prefer to train occasionally rather than commit to a monthly membership.

Yes — siblings receive 15% off any option. Families training more than one athlete get that discount on every membership, so it’s an affordable way to keep multiple kids developing at once. Let our staff know you’re enrolling siblings when you sign up.

Athletes develop strength, speed, agility, and coordination through age-appropriate coaching, plus the mental toughness and confidence that come from structured training. The goal is measurable improvement and an injury-resistant athletic base — not sport-specific skills like hitting or pitching, but the underlying athleticism that makes a player better at whatever sport they compete in.

Absolutely. Most of our athletes play organized sports and use Small Group Training to build the strength and speed their season demands. It complements team practice rather than competing with it — many families pair it with private training or a membership for a complete development plan.
