Structured Training for Growing Athletes

Our middle school program delivers structured, age‑appropriate training built on the same principles and framework used in Division I college athletics.

Athletes learn movement quality, strength foundations, and sport‑specific skills through a clear, progressive system that matches their stage of development.

The environment is supportive but demanding, teaching them how to train with purpose while building confidence and discipline.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s a training membership for middle school athletes built on college-level strength and conditioning and coached by former Division 1 strength and conditioning coaches. It introduces young athletes to real strength, speed, and movement training at the age when good athletic habits form — scaled appropriately for the middle school level.

The membership runs across the school year, August 18 through June 19, with sessions from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The evening time is built to work around the school day and sport practices.

Choose the frequency that fits: 2X/Week ($235/month) or 3X/Week ($270/month). Athletes attend the same 5:30–6:30 pm block on the days they’re enrolled, building consistency week over week.

2X/Week is $235/month and 3X/Week is $270/month. Prefer to try it before committing to a membership? A single drop-in session is $35 — please call ahead to make sure space is available.

Yes. A drop-in session is $35, which is a great way to see whether the program is the right fit before enrolling in a monthly membership. Space is limited, so call 571-307-5888 ahead of time to confirm availability.
