Rafi Vazquez

Rafi Vazquez is a skilled baseball coach at HammerZone Sports, specializing in pitching, hitting, and fielding lessons. A standout during his time at Bishop O’Connell High School, Rafi was a four-year varsity starter, earning First Team Virginia State honors three times and All-Met accolades (one First Team, two Second Team). He also became the first-ever sophomore to win WCAC Player of the Year.

His collegiate career took him to Coastal Carolina, Florence-Darlington Tech (JuCo), and he graduated from UNC-Charlotte. Rafi went on to play two years of professional baseball in the Frontier and Pioneer Independent Leagues.
